"Never Forget. Never Forget." | |||||||||||||||||||
I was some where around 13 when then President George Bush sent soldiers into a desert some where "Over there." "Over there" was the Pursian Gulf. The troops he sent were fighting in Desert Storm. Like the troops of Vietnam, these men and women stood proudly against foes that threatened a way of life. Unlike, the veterans of Vietnam, they were celebrated as heros. We should remember all wars, both those we win and those we don't. For, in reality, no war is really worth the cost in human lives. This page is in loving memory of those that fought and died in Desert Storm. And to those that came home. Thank you for your service. The American people owe you. They always will. |
